Master of Psychology and Social Sciences, psychotherapist in training in the field of Analytical Psychology. I am currently enrolled in a four-year training program at the Association of Jungian Analysts in Poland, a member group of the IAAP (International Association for Analytical Psychology). I am also a member of the the Polish Association for Analytical Psychology (PTPA). My formal education includes a degree in Clinical Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw, as well as a degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the Warsaw School of Economics.
In my professional journey so far, I have worked in the fields of social and market research, as well as in IT, where I was involved in software development, business analysis, and project management. While structured, data-driven approaches are familiar to me, I have always found the deepest fulfillment in focusing on the individual and the richness of their inner life. I believe that working in Jungian approach offers the greatest respect for the uniqueness of each person. I am particularly drawn to the Jungian emphasis on accompanying another person through the process of transformation and the discovery of a fuller sense of self.
At the same time, I remain open to other methods and perspectives. I believe therapy should always be attuned to the needs of the person who seeks it, with the therapeutic relationship itself as its central element. I am also attentive to the physical dimension of psychological health. I draw on knowledge of body awareness and breath as integral parts of human experience that are inseparable from the psyche. Alongside my psychotherapeutic training, I participate in courses on trauma-informed body-oriented approaches.
In my practice I am guided by the ethical standards of the Polish Association for Analytical Psychology and by a commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and open space that honours the individuality of each person, regardless of their identity or worldview.
I work under regular supervision with an experienced Jungian analyst.
