Therapeutic Offer
I work with adults in individual psychotherapy sessions. My office is located in therapeutic center in Warsaw’s district Żoliborz (near Metro Plac Wilsona). In certain situations sessions can also be held online.
I offer support to those who:
- are experiencing emotional, existential, or life crises, including grief, separation, or major transitions,
- struggle with anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, or a sense of emptiness,
- face difficulties in relationships or a sense of loneliness,
- are searching for identity, meaning, or direction – also in a spiritual dimension,
- experience personality difficulties and wish to better understand their emotional, cognitive, and behavioural patterns,
- want to explore the meaning of dreams, symbols, and inner images,
- are drawn to self-development and a deeper understanding of themselves.
My practice is an inclusive space – safe, respectful, and open to diversity. I welcome people of different identities, worldviews, and life experiences with equal care and openness.
How I Work:
The process begins with three initial consultations. This is the time to get acquainted, identify areas in need of support and clarify questions and expectations. It is also the moment to decide together whether the work will be continued. If we decide to proceed, we meet regularly, at least once a week, at a fixed day and time. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Therapy is a process of gradual self-discovery in the presence of another person. Its duration varies, but meaningful and lasting change usually requires a commitment of at least two years.
For the therapeutic work to unfold effectively, certain conditions are important: regular presence, voluntary participation, readiness to engage, and openness to one’s own inner experience.
I am committed to confidentiality and safety, working in line with the ethical standards of the Polish Association for Analytical Psychology and under regular supervision with an experienced Jungian analyst.
I do not work with:
- individuals under the age of 18,
- people in active addiction to psychoactive substances (prior treatment for addiction is required),
- those engaged in another psychotherapy process simultaneously,
- family members or close acquaintances of my current patients.
In situations requiring other forms of help, I provide appropriate recommendations or referrals.
